Meet our CEO:
Dr. Rayan Aava is an articulated, accountable, and strategic healthcare leader, with an extensive leadership background in Acute Care, Ambulatory and Hospital Administration, Clinical Operations, and Services.
A member of ACHE, and Health Care Executives of Southern California (HCESC), he possesses advanced knowledge of State and Federal Regulatory, such as JCAHO, OSHA, and various Accreditation Requirements related to Hospital Administration, Ambulatory Care, Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Behavioral Health Management, practices and Clinical Operations.
He is an Author, Expert, and a Thought Leader in Cultural Differences, Cultural Change, and Integration, as well as, Cross-Cultural Communications and Interdependency.
Emotionally Intelligent, he is experienced in leading organizations with over 1,500 employees and fiscal accountability of over $320M. His professional competency extends to nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and effectively creating harmony and cohesiveness across all departments, yielding high performing teams and continuous revenue growth.
Dr. Aava’s educational background consists of a master’s (MA), and a doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, as well as, an MBA (candidacy) with an emphasis in Health Care Management, and Finance from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management; a top-ten ranked program in the nation.
As an inspirational leader, with over 20 years of diversified senior leadership background, he has accumulated an expansive range of interchangeable knowledge and expertise in Corporate Engagement and Board’s Relation, Sales and Contract Negotiation, as well as, Fundraising Campaigns and Program Developments.
